The Sollazzi tourist accommodation is located in a beautiful 1922 building, just across the street from La Cuba sollazzo in Palermo's historic center and a few meters (500) from the Royal Palace and the Cathedral and exactly at C.so Calatafimi 277.
The renovated apartment covers an area of more than 450 square meters and includes spacious, airy, sunny, bright rooms with high ceilings and breathtaking views directly either of C.so Calatafimi on one side or an incredible citrus grove of about 40,000 square meters on the other.
It also includes a living room of common use , a kitchen of common use and a terrace of more than 150 sq. m. with a unique view of Palermo that make it the flagship of this new structure unique in its originality, refinement and good taste.
The terrace is called Genoard, was the name of the Garden that surrounded La Cuba and is exactly where the building was built. The Genoard the garden of the Norman kings and reproduced in a modern way in this dreamy and classy tourist facility. Genoard in Arabic means paradise on earth and that is what you will find in this terrace with the presence of hydrogenated pool, thermal shower, tables, hammocks, armchairs, solarium and above all a place where you can participate in the evening after sunset in exclusive and fun culinary experiences and cultural workshops.

Totally ecological house
In the Sollazzi Holiday House you will never find plastic items and accessories.
Many elements of the furniture and supports are made of wood, and plastic dishes and cutlery are never used, but glass and ceramic.
In addition, cleaning of floors, surfaces and linens is done not using chemicals but degreasers, detergents, sanitizers and detergents with hydrogenated water, so we do not produce plastic and there is no presence of chemical compounds in the house.
How to reach us
The Sollazzi can be reached very easily, for those landing from Palermo's Falcone e Borsellino (Punta Raisi) airport, via train from Punta Raisi station to the Palazzo Reale Villa Dorleans stop, get there at Piazza Indipendenza and you can take bus (309 or 389) or walk (10 minutes) to arrive at 277 c.so Calatafimi.
